Automatic 650 Slitting Machine is designed or made according to the customer's requestment to slit the wide steel sheet.

1. Material of the coils: stainless steel/ carbon steel

    material of the slitter: carbon steel

2. The thickness of the coils: 0.3mm-2.0mm 

3. The width of the coils: 100mm—600mm. 

4. The inner diameter of the roll bending(feeding): Φ460mm~Φ520mm(Manual swelling volume)

                  (discharge): Φ470mm~Φ500mm (Manual swelling volume) 

5. The outside diameter of the roll bending(the max): Φ1500mm.

6. The weight of the roll bending: the max weight of the feeding: 6 T;

   the max weight of the discharge: 6 T

7. Cutting speed: 0~100M/min.

8. Planar beat: It can reach ±0.02mm after adjustment. 

9. radial run-out: It can reach ±0.02mm

2. Terms of payment and shipment:

 

1. Payment terms: 30% down payment by T/T and 70% payment by T/T or L/C before shipment

2. Shipment terms: EX-works or FOB Foshan/Shenzhen/Guangzhou, China or CIF

3. Lead time: 20 days subject to receiving the 30% down payment by T/T

4. Packing: Wooden case

 

3.  Warranty Terms

 

Guarantee time: 1 year

One year quality guarantee, life guarantee repair.  Within quality guarantee period, except for failures caused by human error, repair parts will be provided for free. After the quality guarantee period, only charge the cost of the spare parts.
